In today's video we're talking about Bitcoins. Recently Bitcoins passed the $750 mark hitting a 28 month high. Recently I have brought up Bitcoins with a few friends and colleages and I'm always surprised even today how many people still aren't even aware of what Bitcoins are. In today's video I just wanted to talk about Bitcoins, give you guys a bit of history about Bitcoins, explain what they are, and talk about how I've been swing trading them as well as speculating on them for the past few years. I think one of the most important elements of being an entrepreneur is staying on top of trends, having a vision for things which will be big before they become big, etc. Bitcoin has been around for a while and is fairly mainstream now but I would still argue in the history of Bitcoin, we are still in the early phases. Many early adopters of Bitcoin become multi-millionaires overnight a few years back in 2013 when Bitcoin topped out at around $1200 per coin. Some of these people had bought coins for anywhere from a few pennies to a few Dollars years earlier. I know this isn't exactly a how to make money online video but maybe some of you will have an interest in Bitcoin. Maybe some of you are invovled in businesses deemed "high risk" and have trouble getting payment processors, if so Bitcoin is a perfect solution for you. For those of you who have to pay overseas manufacturers or wholesalers it can sometimes be either expensive or difficult to send funds to a supplier, Bitcoin not only is not bound by any traditional banking rules or regulations, it also has the cheapest trasfer fees around. Overall I just wanted to give you guys a brief introduction to Bitcoins. I had actually intended to make this video a few months ago when Bitcoins were sitting at $412. I had read an article stating Bitcoins were undervalued by as much as $200 per coin. I wound up purchasing some and meant to make a video sharing this article with many of you guys.
